I picked 25 tomatoes from my garden yesterday, not including cherry ones. I was pleased to realize that one of my plants grows yellow tomatoes! I like combining red and yellow tomatoes in soup because the mixing of those colors and the golden shimmer of lycopene is so stunning.
I promptly made tomato soup, and will make more tomorrow! Abundance is a beautiful thing.
