Today I drank a Pink Poetry Odwalla at work. There is no sweetener in it--artificial or otherwise, yet there is 26g of "sugar" according to the label. It's all from actual fruit! Does this mean it's permissible? Honestly, I'm stumped.
I had such a nice, satisfying dinner, followed by this lovely, no-sugar parfait.
Plain yogurt + unsweetened applesauce + plain yogurt + frozen raspberries=the brainchild of my housemate, L.
Yet by 7:45pm I'd really, really just wanted a little piece of chocolate. I don't want freedom from my sugar addiction--I want freedom from this self-induced, week-long "challenge"!!
To quell this craving, I am having a mug of hot soy milk with cinnamon in it. For the moment, it's working!
