Piggyback Popsicle.

As a piggyback on the previous post, here's a picture of a popsicle I made with the juice produced by the fruit leather project. I just poured juice in a mold and froze it. As it turns out, you either need different fruit, or you need to add some sugar, to make a good popsicle. It wasn't that yummy. But, it is amazing how leftovers and byproducts of any one project can nearly always be used in their own rite for something different. Experimentation--the gift that just keeps giving.
